Registration opens on May 1 @ 9am

• Participation in our Festival is based on a first come, first serve basis. The first seven registrants in each category will secure a spot.

• Festival participants must be present for our mandatory in-person meeting on Wednesday, July 16 at 5:30pm in Fort Collins, Colorado.

• In the event of severe weather, a rain date has been scheduled for Sunday, July 20.

• Expect to hear from us regarding the status of your participation during the first week of June.

• Participation in this event is completely free because of our amazing sponsors. Your commitment to being there for the entirety of the event is paramount to a successful day. If you cannot be there for the whole event, please consider us again next year.
